- Strawberry shortcake
old fashioned strawberry cake with fresh strawberries, sliced & macerated
in sugar. spooned over freshly baked biscuits

- Fried choux
crunchy fried pastries rolled in sugar known as churros

- Panna cotta
delicious silky smooth italian pudding garnished with various fruits and
chocolate
